I'm Alicia, and like many of you, I'm a mom to two wonderful kids, juggling the demands of parenthood while also running my own business and volunteering in my community. I understand the constant struggle of trying to balance it all and feeling like there's never enough time in the day.
I thought if I bought the right bin, or basket, my disorganization would melt away but alas, I had to learn how to help my ADHD brain STICK WITH SYSTEMS!
The problem was never about "having enough space" or "the right tools" but rather, the right systems and routines that would work for me and my family no matter what season of life we were in.
